1. Services and Scope

Atlshuttlelimo offers executive transportation services and B2B convention logistics in Argentina. Transfers are carried out in high-end vehicles (limousines and shuttles) exclusively for corporate purposes, including the transfer of executives and international delegations. Fleet coordination for congresses and corporate billing management are part of our contractual offering.

2. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information regarding the number of passengers, schedules, destinations, and any special requirements at the time of booking. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that pick-up and drop-off points are accessible and safe for our vehicles. Any changes to the request must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance.

3. Responsibility of Atlshuttlelimo

Atlshuttlelimo is responsible for providing the contracted service under the agreed terms, including punctuality, the optimal condition of the vehicles, and the professionalism of the drivers. We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, road closures, demonstrations, or any force majeure event beyond our control. In the event of cancellation on our part, an equivalent alternative or a refund for the unprovided service will be offered.

4. Usage Limitations

The service is intended exclusively for corporate purposes and convention logistics. The use of vehicles for illegal activities, the transport of hazardous materials, or any action that jeopardizes the safety of passengers or the driver is strictly prohibited. Smoking, consuming alcohol, or prohibited substances inside the units is not allowed.

5. Invoicing and Payments

All invoicing is carried out under the corporate regime, issuing electronic invoices type C or E as applicable. Payments are agreed upon in advance and can be made via bank transfer, check, or corporate card. Payment terms are 15 business days from the invoice issuance date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cash payments are not accepted.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no charge. Between 12 and 24 hours before the service, a penalty of 50% of the transfer value applies. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows will be invoiced at 100%. Refunds are processed within 10 business days following the cancellation.

7. Modifications and Validity

Atlshuttlelimo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to registered clients at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the new terms. These terms will remain in effect until replaced by an updated version.
